I have the reverse problem in that I’ve had to fire most biz cofounders so far — due to how they just can’t seem to execute. This, sadly, includes the potential founders from both times I won the TechCrunch Hackathon Grand Prize — as well as many talented people who have applied to join my thus-far 1 person startup on angel.co.

It helps to have a different perspective. I’m curious what metric you’d set for an entrepreneurial tech founder trying to find a (competent) business cofounder.
